depending on location). You could also ask someone else who has a printer
available at home or workplace but if they are not around then print it out
from an internet cafe instead since this is something that needs prompt
attention since it involves high cost so having extra time is not advisable
here!

Upload your photograph and other supporting documents.

The above amount is to be paid using a Debit/Credit Card or

Print the 'Acknowledgement Slip'.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive
an email with a link to print the 'Acknowledgement Slip'. Please print this
acknowledgment slip and take it to the Passport Seva Kendra along with all
other required documents. You must remember to take your acknowledgment slip
with you.
You will receive a reference number via SMS/ email.
Once the application form gets processed, you will receive a
reference number via SMS/ email. You need to keep this number safe and take it
to the Passport Seva Kendra along with the original documents that you submitted
while filling up the form.

Visit Passport Seva Kendra with the passport application and original
documents you uploaded while filling out the form.
Once you have submitted the passport application form, visit
the Passport Seva Kendra with the passport application and the original documents

your passport application (with acknowledgment slip)

your PAN card photocopy
● Bring
a photo of yourself to be affixed to your passport
